Users who didn’t complete onboarding - 60%
-
Didn’t complete the first training - 31%
-
Monthly retation - 43%
Qualitative surveys
To better understand my users, I interviewed nine people, checked user reviews at the App store, and found some insights from the CS team.

example
After user interviews and my personal experience with the app, I identified problems users struggle with. Then I created a list of ideas on how we can help them. After that, I had a planning session with a team, where we split my ideas into tasks and sprints.
